Hardcore TOS fans?
So, with so many sites now catering for both TOS and TNS, who represents the real 'hardcore' of the remaining original series fans?
The ones campaigning the hardest for a revival etc?
Say for instance, one had an idea to promote a revival, who would be the people to get in touch with?

First bet would be the Colonial Fan Force (CFF.) Several of the board operaters here are involved. Cant think of the URL off the top of my head, but this is the most active/positive revival/continuation movement.

If you're talking about a TNS-free bastion of TOS loving BSG fans (and I mean that in the nicest way...), that would be Nathan's BSG Club website and BBoard:
http://community.battlestargalacticaclub.com/
It's one of the oldest and well-established boards - it's been around in one form or another since 1991.
I know that TNS enters the conversation every now and then, but they are the most TOS-centric board on the net these days.
I hope that helps a bit...
Best,
Bryan

I am seconding Bryan's post. Battlestargalacticaclub is the best web site for those who want to see or speak classic Battlestar Galactica and classic Battlestar Galactica only. The owner makes no bones about that goal and the membership reflects that.
I am a member there, tend to lurk from time to time, but post very infrequently.
It's a beautiful site. It's only weakness is that when you restrict things you tend to make it a small community. On an average day posters are few and far between.

Another reason I like this site. The only place in the universe that will tell you to go to another website for more BSG.
Kinda makes me feel all warm and fuzzy, or did the ground crew shut off my air supply again....

Hi,
Many thanks for the kind words, folks. TOS fans are more than welcome to join and post at our site. We are dedicated to TOS and to the fans of TOS. Some TNS discussion is welcome as well, but it only takes place in one forum. TNS-only fans need not apply!
Regards,
Nathan

For our pro TOS I thought I would show just how foumulas work in writing. Below is the same review, one pro TNS the other pro TOS.
This is just for fun – enjoy!
The pro TNS
The most pleasant surprise of the season could be Sci Fi's Battlestar Galactica (tonight, 10 p.m. ET/PT), a revival so smart and so strong that it almost makes you forget the cheesiness of the original. Friday's the season finale, but we look forward to welcoming Galactica back for many seasons to come. (Bright future, 8E)
The pro TOS
The most grotesque surprise of the season could be Sci Fi's Battlestar Galactica (tonight, 10 p.m. ET/PT), a revival so chaotic and so obscene that it almost makes you long for the grand style of the original. Friday's the season finale, finaly, but we look forward with dread to welcoming Galactica back for another season to come. (Dark future, 8E)
