Starbuck kisses Starbuck
I just saw the new preview for the BG Lowdown preview. In it Dirk Benedict gives Katee Sackhoff a light kiss in Starbucks!
The commercials for the show are pretty good. I like them better than watching the actual miniseries!

I can see it now. Someone will come up with a fanfic where the original Starbuck gets swept into an alternate dimensions where the female Starbuck exists. Whackiness ensues.

would Starbuck whirl Kara off her feet?
would Kara kick Starbuck's butt at pyramid? (oh, wait, DO they play Pyramid in her universe?)

You don't want to know what they do in a pyramid now.

That actually did happen in an episode of Red Dwarf. The crew came upon a ship with female versions of themselves including the computer. Cat got all excited because he thought he would find a female cat, but instead, his counterpart was a big male dog!

I find the new "Starbuck" to be not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, a poor actress (from the clips I've seen) and not the most pleasant female to look at when compared to the SF heroines of yesteryear or the Pointy Pixie (Jolene Blalock).
They should of cast Jennifer Sky from Cleopatra 2525, an actress who is spretty, can do humour and action.

Hmmm. were she a prettier girl like the one Peter showed us, Dirk might revert to the Starbuck role and go for that.....nah! He'd get too into winning cubits.
