The mini- a win win situation

We seem to be in a good position.

If the mini succeeds, that will aid Larson trying to get funding from a studio to do a BG movie.

If it fails, especially after the phenomenally high dvd sales, its because they didn't do BG faithfully and there is still such a strong love for the original characters that it doomed the mini.

Win win situation.

I like these odds.

I'm definitely looking forward to AFTER this thing finally airs.

I feel like when I was in the back seat of our families station wagon on a long trip... "Are we there yet?"

Mom kept telling me on a long trip only 5 more minutes. Even though we were hours away from where we were going. It kinda helped back then. Not so sure it would work today.
I sure hope you are right about the win/win situation. My heart does thoes little flutters just thinking about the possibilities of what the coming year may bring for us.

That works for me... I'm picturing myself in the backseat of my parent's old, wood-panelled station wagon. My mom pats me on the head and says "In 5 more minutes, we get to run over Ron Moore."

Universal has killed over a dozen VPs over the BOFFO sales of Battlestar Galactica DVDs. Those dumb number crunchers f*cked up big time.

Hopefully NBC will be more beneficial to Battlestar galactica than Bonnie was.

They take over next year around srping I believe.

I hope so Tom! As usual your post was right on target.
However when the mini airs I truthfully think that they
owe it to the public to put a TV14 rating on it.

I THINK that's the proper rating for excessive violance and
sexual content. If it's not ...........then please tell us the
PROPER 'rating' for television programs.
