Default Battlestar Galactica: The Second Coming pictures?

When are we going to see any more of them? Can't the fans at least get some big Hi-resolution ones to look at on BattlestarGalactica.com? i was looking at some old reviews of the trailers Richard Hatch has done on Rayman3rd site, seems alot of people say the trailers SFX were so good the rivaled the ones in big motion pictures like Star Wars. So my question to those in the know is, is it possible to get the pictures already released in HI-resolution for the fans to see and judge for themselves alone with new ones! After all didn't Hatch do several versions of the trailer.

Since no new news is coming forth. I though the fans might want to work with what we have gotten already? Does anyone know of have better pictures of the Second Coming trailer. i've decided to revisit this topic because the remake stuff is too depressing and we need to discuss other things Galactica based with the old Galactica elements.

I like all the variations of Vipers designs with the "Blue" marking, Red Scarlet Vipers, CGI Battlestars, and "Fan movies" and such, that expand on the ideas or things fans must have watched in Mr Hatch's Trailer. So untill he releases it to the fans in whatever form he wishes. I wonder what else can we get from the Second Coming trailer efforts to keep interest in BG alive.
Even though it wasn't chosen by the lazy -105 I.Q. Hollywood executives to be made into a series, it was a hell of a lot better than the crap thats coming our way come March 2003.

So i put this to everyone here, would you be exicited to see crystal clear movie picture style digital hi-resolution photos of the "Battlestar Galactica: Second Coming Trailers". Should we e-mail Richard Hatch website to release some more?

Tell me what you think.

KJ, the flame's not going to go out as long as we keep on doing what we do. The road goes ever on.

So why don't you just say yes to it then? I know i'd like to see the pictures in Hi-Resolution than average ones which work against it than for it. if they are as good as some say then it should be a no-brainer to ask and receive. Since 1999 when i first found BattlestarGalactica.com i wondered if i would see bigger clearer photos of the trailer.

Why is it when we ask for the simplest things which anyone would ask, there is something working against BG, why?. Ask for the trailer to be online. No certain reasons why they can't do this! Ask why the TPTB haven't revived BG? No reply! Ask why Ron Moore or Moore Ron is crapping all over the BG franchisc. He is too dumb to respond. Fans crying out for a DVD boxset of said series. Nope TPTB messed up again!

Forgive me but i'm pissed a franchise any franchisc is being messed up due to bad, ignorant people with nothing better on their minds than profit they are not making to their bad management in the first place.
No the flame is going out and i won't B.S. anyone about it. If you're not careful Peter, the road turns and becomes a "Roundabout" then you come full circle! and then what?

Nothing positive is out there about BG, the next person to come out and tell the Battlestar Galactica fanbase to wait after 25 years. I'll tell them to go to HELL and then some. Enough disrespect already, either lets get with the program and give out those BG DVD's or Universal can beat it. I don't want to know about a Prequel or Remake, i've been objective and it's done me no good.

Richard Hatch worked like a dog to get us fans re-interested in BG again i feel it's time to return the loyalty and favor 100% fold!

It's Battlestar Galactica Continuation, the Richard Hatch, the Tom DeSanto style or bust now! (This excludes Prequels or Remakes) to Hell with Hammer, Moore, Diller or anyother Universal candyass that think they know BG better than the fans. They lost any respect that they might have had by messing up and causing delays again and again fo stupid reasons that we hear about.

kingjason2, I agree!

:sunshi:

We all owe a large debt to Richard Hatch for all he has done.
If he can give us any ideas on how to help him take over from MooreRon, I would try my darndest to make it so!

His trailer is the most remarkable piece of filmwork.
He deserves the chance to do a continuation.

True infomation over the past couple of years is enough to convince me of Hatch's trailer evn though most like my self only know of it through infomation given out and pictures seen. If that alone can convince me why on Earth are Universal's TPTB picking their noses and going duh? when pictures of Richard Hatch trailer scream POTENTIAL!!!..100 times over i'll never know. same should be said of Desanto's continuation concept as well even though that one suffered due to lack of info when it was in production.

Even Larson's Battlestar Pegasus movie concept sounds 100% better (Barring any walking Vipers and producer Todd Moyer?) so i say again lets focus on what has BG themes and ask for some detailed digitally crystal picture photos of Hatch's Battlestar Galactica: SC

I don't see what we have to lose, i'm sending a e-mail to Hatch's site. Whether it gets replies or not, at least i'd pop the question?

I don't know if high resolution pics released to the general public would constitute improper use under the present non-commercial restrictions or not. Michael Faries would be the best person to ask. (Which you did, that's who will read the email at richardhatch.com .)

So you prefer pictures you can't see? Look don't be so down about it, i just meant better quality pictures so we can see the trailer photos in all their glory! Why must everything on Galactica be a HUGE battle? why must mere fans fight, kick and scratch for everything? IT'S A SIMPLE REQUEST PEOPLE!!!......

Lighten up, no legal mumbo jumbo needed, if not possible then fine another battle lost (which this franchise is getting use to) let not turn every fan debate into legal matters that need sorting through with papers just to get a piece of the lemon pie! (or apple if it's your poison)
The Second Coming pictures are already out there i just want to see them in quality digital Hi-resolution lets not settle for small fuzzy pictures.

George Lucas can please his Star Wars audience by releasing photos of his latest movies, Rick Berman can please the Trek audience half the time by releasing photos to the Trek fans on developments, so why not a BG? and Battlestar Galactica:SC photos re-issued?

I don't see a problem? i'm not asking for the trailer (yet) but the pictures in Hi-Res! thats all. i'll send in the e-mail soon within the week not now, when i get round to it. (things to do, people to see)

Later dude

Thumbs up Additional TSC Pictures

Hi,

Richard Hatch and Michael Faries did make some additional pictures from The Second Coming trailer available fairly recently. In addition to the existing pictures on BSG.com, the batch of additional pictures were released to several other web sites. If you haven't seen them already, you can view the additional pictures at:

http://www.battlestargalacticaclub.com/tsc.html

I certainly do hope that more pictures are made available in the future as well. I would very much like to see the trailer on the Internet when Richard Hatch is ready and able. I don't think the trailer has been shown here in the Massachusetts or the New England states, so I'm anxious to see it online as well.

Lets pray within the 25th Anniversary year, everyone gets to see the trailer online.
