I actually had the same thought..... It must seem pretty pathetic to quote a scene from one pic, isn't it?
I guess it's just the show, how iconic the characters are and how the writing is so clear and easy to remember.
I've only watched 2 episodes in the last 6 months or so, but it still comes back to me.

you just have a good memory. And there were a lot of memorable lines. 
My brother can still quote every actor in certain scenes of It's A Wonderful Life and at most he see's it 1x a year.
