I like your voice....

OWD,

I just ordered your CD. I have to tell you something - you should charge more for it. $10 for a CD is very low. The shipping was only $2, and this is all Canadien. It translates into $9.31 USD for the entire thing. It's practically free!

I think you should raise the price by 50%.

Just my opinion......

Thanks for bringing it to our attention.......

Thanks twin for ordering it. I'm sending it off tomorrow.

We are keeping the CDs cheap because we are more interested in getting the music out there.

Since it was you that ordered it, I'm going to send you a little something extra.

OWD, I really like what I'm hearing - can I get the CD using a money order rather than PayPal? Radio and So Why are cool, and some of the titles are really neat.

So can I? Huh? Can I?

I just listened to them all! I really like all of them, it's hard to pick just one.

I was torn between so Why and Scattered. Think I like Scattered best, The music and lyrics just seem to flow better!

Thanks for the post, I loved hearing your music, and think I just might buy the cd too!

Got your order amberstar and it will go first thing in the morning. It should only take a little over a week to get to you. Thanks for buying it and thanks for your opinions on the songs you like.

Great choice's Rowan. My favorite song on the CD is share your body. I'm a sucker for a catchy chorus and that one seems to stand out to me for some reason even though we tried to make all the chorus's catchy.

Lot's of people have picked So Why along with smell of your cigar. Any one with great memories of their grandfather can relate to that last one and it's been known to bring a tear to an eye or two. The bass player ( Jason ) wrote it about 3 or 4 years ago and the song was a must for this CD.

You wanted it, is a bluesy kind of tune that has been picked a bit too.

Once again thanks for the comments on the songs. Even if there are ones you don't like, we want to hear it because all opinions are welcome.

I thought the voice sounded different to me on this song, thanks Shawn very cool to hear what you sound like I'm going to listen with a new ear now that I know it's you singing my other favourites

I love the way your voice goes up at the end of certain lines in Share your body and the way it goes up when you say the word "you" in You wanted it
I'm also a sucker for sexy lyrics like these from Share your body

"It's your right to be naughty
Every once and a while"

"Hey now you amaze me
Passion drives me crazy"

"You wanna know, how I feel about you
Not often a fantasy becomes real"

I also love lyrics that tell a story or have truism in them like the ones fromYou wanted it

"So you wanna be a star
Drink champagne, eat caviar
Satin sheets and the finest cars
But you still don't know who the hell you are"

or has great imagery like the next part of that song

"So you wanna sink the world
Pull the plug and watch the swirl
Give self destruction one more whirl
What's the good of an oyster with a broken pearl"

and I love that they accomplish all this and rhyme as well not an easy thing to do
Smell of your cigar lyrics are very touching and I can see why it could bring tears to someone’s eyes.

Great job!

Thanks, OWD. You're a Sweetheart.

On my computer I have the song Flutter By, Butterfly from a few years ago. Can't remember how I managed to get it, but I like that one especially.
