WKRP, Channel 25.2, is a low-powered over-the-air TV station here in Cincinnati. I can't get the channel OTA because its signal is too weak and my cable company doesn't include the channel in its package. But if any of you do have the ability to get this channel, you should know that one of Richard's earliest TV movies, "F. Scott Fitzgerald and 'The Last of the Belles'" is airing at 1 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4. This is the first time I've seen this movie listed on the TV schedule in years!

I have created a fairly complete list of all of the Bonanza episodes that are on VHS or DVD. All but one are from the first or second season. I don't know how many of the post-1961 episodes have been for sale.

Rance Howard, Ron's father, has had bit parts in literally hundreds of shows. For the first time I saw Rance in a larger role. The movie is called "Second Chances" and premiered on the Hallmark Channel this week. He plays a man in a retirement home who has a little boy read "Moby-Dick" to him. The romance plot of this movie is predictable but the other subplots aren't.
