Have you ever seen an animal that is embarassed?
It can be quite entertaining. A few examples spring to mind.
It just shows you how developed their personalities are.

Haven't seen an animal that is embarassed yet. I have though come in close contact so to speak with a couple deers one night on my way home from work.

There was this persian cat that had to be shaved because his coat was matted, he was embarrassed, whenever he was out, you could see him checking if anyone was watching, if he thought that there was not, he would sneak out, and run, ducking from car to car, bush to bush. If he thought someone was he would not go out.
We had this cat that was once Tom of the street, a right hard nut, and no cats (or dogs) would mess with him. But there was a rabbit that was of that giant breed that was not scared of him, it was also very much 'the buck', which lived in the garden opposite. Rabbits have a repution of randiness, and this one certainly was no exception and lived up to it. 
Well to cut a long story short (and censor it a tad), The rabbit got 'hold' of our ginger Tom, when he finally got away, he was so embarrassed (and probably traumatised), it was a long time before he held his tail high!

How about an attack-trained Doberman wearing a T-shirt, a pair of sweatpants and four ratty old sneakers? My friend did that to his dog when we were kids and the poor thing was humiliated. My dog was even laughing at him.
As for Kongs being messy, not at all. The peanut butter (or you can use anything, really, some people put Easy Cheese (Cheese Wiz) in theirs) stays in and goes from Kong to tongue to tummy.
