You have left me no choice. This discussion about pie and whatever the hell else belongs here now. Please keep it all to yourself.

Since this can be applied to either Galactica (or any other science-fiction, anime, or other entertainment, for that matter), this thread has been moved to the Cafe.
I like cake, too.

You are entirely welcome to like cake in this thread. That is entirely your prerogative.

Anyone been keeping track of Adama's relationships? Seen the wolverines? Or had some Cylon juice lately?

Yes! I'm sure I was not the only one to notice that Gaeta has a tattoo of a wolverine on his chest. To me, this indicates that he is the secret leader of the wolverines. And my take on the Adama relationship thing is this...it's the classic love triangle. Adama is attracted to D'anna, but he's hesitant to move forward into an affair with her because he's still in love with Shelly. But Shelly appears to have abandoned him for D'anna, as we all saw when they were holding hands in the movie theater and giving eachother adoring smiles while watching D'anna's movie. See...the classic love triangle.

I like pie.
I would like new carpeting for my house.
I like to watch American college football. I do not enjoy watching British football as much.
My lamp needs a new lightbulb.

There used to be an old advertising jingle whose chorus went..
Football, meat pies, kangaroos and holden cars...
And was a short hand for all things Aussie ('cept the beer, of course, but that goes without saying!!)
The icon dish in Adelaide is a pie floater.. a meat pie, in a bowl of mushy peas, with a heap of tomato sauce, served from a pie cart after midnight in the cbd. Its even on our city's heritage icons list!!
Cheers,
Lara
