I got this from the folks at action-hq.com today (these are the 3" original Battlestar Galactica miniatures that were only being marketed in Japan but action-hq.com was going to carry them:

Dear Valued Customer,

Ken -

Is that the Japanese Cylon model that is something like 80 bucks? I've seen that one on eBay before - I posted an auction (not mine) for it at Cylon Alliance a couple of months ago.

It's a pretty good looking model kit in my opinion, but kinda pricey....!

Best,
Bryan

It is pricey, but the pictures show a lot of detail.

Franky, I wish I had the disposable income to get one from http://www.kropserkel.com, since they make some cool wearable costumes for around $4000.

If only I could win the Lotto....

I am really so tempted...I would never have to spend another dime on Halloween costumes therefore a bargan.

Just heard back form these folks...Cylon for Halloween now only $ 2,250.00

Speaking of figures, has anyone received the 6" figures from Joyride yet?? I recently saw an ad for them in the latest Entertainment Earth catalog as being ready to order but nothing yet. I preordered mine back in June!!!

Also, I noticed that the first series will be the Cylon Raider, the Viper and a Cylon centurion. I'm a bit disappointed because when the ads first came out, they said that the first series was going to be a Cylon, the Viper and Starbuck...

Any news??
