Default Two Classic TV Actors Have Passed On

It's been reported that Don Knotts passed away at the age of 81 from cancer. Knotts was of course best known for his roles Barney Fife on "The Andy Griffith Show" and Mr. Furley on "Three's Company". Actor Darren McGavin has also paased on. McGavin was best known as Carl Kolchak in "The Night Stalker". He also appeared as Oliver Spencer in the first "Six Million Dollar Man" TV movie.

TVLand is doing a tribute marathon this weekend. Just finished watching one of the later color episodes of "The Andy Griffith Show". IIRC, Mr. Knotts left the show after the first color season(1965-66).
