Default WIP - The 6th Mellinium Fighter

This work in progress is based on a preproduction drawing, not the actual model used in the show.

Plus, no classic Battlestar Galactica craft is complete without the mandatory fake model in front of the fake background shot.

Thanks to Thomas for the tips. I ended up going with an intentional sectioned design on the nose to keep the more primative feel to the fighter.

Nice work Sandy BTW I got a converter that goes from Solidworks to LW.
It seems to look good so far, the guys are testing it right now and I hope to have feedback soon. I converted the Warstar, so you can use it as a native format if it works out

Good. I was looking into converting the Warstar but I was going to have to do it piece by piece. If you can get me a converted mesh I'd REALLY appreciate it.

When this is finished, I'm doing the shuttle (pre-production drawing) or the 6th Mellinium Cylon fighter (based on several RMQ drawings).

I worked up some schematics on this one a long time ago based on the model used in that episode. I called it a "Scorpion", for lack of a better name. I think they were mentioned in one of the novelizations, as well.

Enjoy...
