The official US DVD release by Geneon is scheduled for 5/10/2005. There will be three editions: standard, special, and special with action figure.

See items 4, 5 & 6.

I really enjoyed the film, though hated the annoying English Dub (shouldn't an R rated Japanese Anime be subtitled).

I wrote a short review that does contain some spoilers at my blog.

I also just read Masamune Shirrow's new Manga GHOST IN A SHELL: MAN MACHINE COMPLEX. The sequel to GHOST IN A SHELL. Very different, but very good. I enjoyed it a lot. I wrote a short review of that at my blog as well.
