Is Moore just stealing other people's ideas, to keep himself employed?

I guess I am forced to this opinion by the "man"'s attitudes, and reactions to the fans. He warped Trek, and now has set in to deface BSG. Since he obviously has no love for the original in either case, I ask:

Does RDM steal other people's stuff to keep himself employed?

I guess might be Carnivale will be one, and looks like he did write one original movie. Don't know if these are "adaptations" of anything.
