Redo
www.geocities.com/cobrastrikeleader/pagetwo.html
Renamed and reworded the page. Realized letter that a personal joke that even something as run of the average as the first page of this website has a sequel these days, could be taken as a criticism by fans of the mini-series.
Nah, I'm just learning how to do my own web-mastering. And the photo-templates at geocities are so simple, my reaction was me-duh...

Good Question... Luck maybe???
Registering for the website at Geocities is straightforward, except there will be some codes to remember. After that the upload procedure for grafix in jpg or gif is the usual browse for file and then hit upload.
And the yoke is on me, I spent a week trying to get the grafix onto a blank page.
When I finally gave in, and used one of geocities photo-template pages, it all went together real smoothly. It does shrink the grafix to put them into a picture frame. But that works out for my purposes. And I am sure, that there are others here at Fleets who could explain the process far better than I have.
Now that I think of it, it all had to be a result of an unprecedented run of luck. Pure and simple dumb luck. And lots of it.

yeah some of the page two's are offline
I started the page by calling it the sequel, then i realized sounded like an affront to fans of the mini when i was joking about every body doing a sequel (I am waiting for a My Mother the Car sequel). I was thinking that a sequel to the original viper-pics experiment had an appropriate level of absurdity to it. Then after entering a new page, I saw all the cool grafix that showed up on the initial entry, so what the heck, I went with the flow and moved the link up to this column.
Somedays it seems like a wake up with a to-duh list...
