You must have some third party thing that is interfereing. I guess its better to not worry about it. But if you ever reinstall, you might want to try it.

Considering the fact that I have a little twerp sending me 100 emails daily with
viruses attached .......I wouldn't be surprised if a THIRD PARTY was involved somehow. In any case my computer's working so llike you just said ......
I'm not worrying about it

Aparently this thing is none too fond of Ezboard.
It doesn't allow me to use several nifty "one-click" features, and won't allow me to highlight the names on my emoticon page for c&p. It's starting to get on my nerves, since most of the places I visit are Ezboard, including my own site.

Why don't you do what I do? Use IE when you need maximum compatibility. And use Firefox when you are cruising sites you aren't familiar with for maximum security?
That might help. I hope.  |

And NOW it's refusing to show pictures! Things I have been viewing for months are now suddenly little grey boxes with bits of red and blue in them, including page banners, and even my own avatar!
In fact, it has "replaced" a bunch of icons on one site with the words for what the icon represented, ie. "New Message", "Closed Thread", "Hot Topic".
It seems to develop a new annoying problem every couple of days.
I feel safer, but more annoyed. I may just go back to IE and download another virus program.

I tried some EZboard sites but can't duplicate the error. could you tell me a sight that don't work? Or is it every ezboard site? |

It's all of them.
And the fproblems didn't show up right away, at first it was fine, the little things it couldn't deal with were easily overlooked, but then more things started to go wrong untill everything annoyed me.
I've given up on it and gone back to IE.

this looks like a cool program. d-loaded it tonight and works good. i will let you know if i find any sites that have a problem with firefox.
