Thank You Don!
I just wanted to express how lucky I am to have been working with Don on Fleets. He has consistantly been incredibly supportive of me ever since day one when I was brought on board. And that especially includes the last few days which were a little taxing. Not only has he been the one to provide us with a server, he has been the wise voice that guides us. His guidance has reduced the infighting on CF, some still happens, but it would have been worse had Don not been here. That's because he is so damn above that kind of stuff it shows the rest of us the way.
And he also makes sure we never give up hope even when the revival looked bleak.
Personally, between him and me, he has supported and encourage both my work here and my own art. And while alot of the fan infighting washes off my back naturally, he has helped me through the times when the fighting manages to weaken my morale.
he's a great supporter of BG. To my mind one of the greatest the fanbase has known. And he is a damn good leader here. And a good friend.
I hope everyone joins me in big Cheers to Don!

Actually I was thinking that baring a thread or two that its been pretty heavenly in the Fleets. I've really have enjoyed it. i really have had ALOT more fun in the last few months!

Well, everyone...
I couldn't let this thread go by without my contribution to it! I would like to thank Don very much for keeping Fleets alive for so many of us that really get pleasure from being here with such a great group of people. I would also like to thank him for showing the confidence in me (and others too) for my "online job" here at Fleets as well - It has been challenging at times (for me), but is has been fun too.
Don is a great guy and I couldn't ask for better when it comes to having a leader for a website such as Fleets. He is good enough to let those of us that help him out to do our jobs, but also knows when to step in when it is needed.
It's been a wonderful ride the past few months, I can only hope that Fleets and those that post here will be around for a long time to come!

To all a heart felt thank you. And to Tom i think you've spent to much time in front of the puter. It is me that is thankfull for all the things you guys have done to keep me on task with Fleets. Realistically if it were not for the posters here at Fleets this place would have been gone long ago. It is "you" the people that keep Fleets going. Nothing more nothing less.
In do time i hope the things i've said over the years to the fans comes to fruition. Seeing Galactica alive again with a continuation will be the crowning achievment. And with that i believe we are closer today than ever before.
Again thanks but the glasses should be raised to you, the fans of Battlestar Galactica.
