Thank you fellow CFers!
I just wanted to say thank you for all the emails and postings we saw while we were off.
We were very disheartened a week ago, and ready to pack it in and walk away. But we really got such kind, warm and VERY enthusiastic support from all across BG fandom. it was really amazing!
I just wanted to say thank you again.
And I plan to go through the rest of the emails I received. I'm sorry about the delay, but the amount of hours in getting it set up was similiar to reformating and reinstalling your basic hard drive. So I had to stop replying to emails to get CF set up.
Anyways i hope you enjoy the place. I beieve we do have a GO for forums. But we just have to talk about exactly what we want. All the old threads are brought into this new VB3 forum program. And Me and Don are discussing what changes we want to do. And I'm taking some time to do some drawing on my own. You will like the results.

Wow! People really jump on news fast!
I uhm... didn't mean to announce anything. But well it is my impression that we are going to go forward. There is alot of positives we are seeing. Heck, you would have to be blind not to see them right now.
Don, the man, seems upbeat. neutered... but upbeat. LOL
ROTFL
I still can't believe he publically started that snip snip thread. The man has courage!

Beleive me when I type this, CF is head and shoulders above most other sites on the web. During your down time, I hit many other of the sites I had been meaning to get to, and you know what? They just don't stack up. Just the cmptr info alone, makes this a valuble resource for the cyber-semi-literate. Plus the BG stuff is all icing on the cake. Keep up the good work.

As a Dragon Lord I cannot not jump up and down. It wouldn't be dignified. But, I must say, I'm glad your back up and look forward to many a chat with you all.

Thanks Titon and Conundrum7 for Bringing Colonial Fleets back! For the short time I posted here, I was not aware of any problems. I hope that everything works out and the forums comeback. But if you decide to not have anymore forums, then I would hope that you would just keep the website open, as a Web Page. The Galleries and the Backround Art is Phenomenal !!!

Hi Muffit!
The avatar is based on the built in Vectrex game, Minestorm. The other day I downloaded the MESS emulator that emulates the vectrex and all of its games. I discovered that Mess had a feature that you can take a screenshot, thus I found my Avatar! I like your new avatar. What type of editer did you use to make your new avatar? I only have MSPaint and found it to be very lacking.
I am sorry that I did not post sooner, I was bummed out initially that Colonial Fleets may close down Permanently. But CF is showing some good signs that it may Return. So I hope that everything works out and everyone comes back.
