New Years stunk. Kev was very tired after working all day New Years Eve so he didn't make it to midnight. Wasn't very happy the day after. Been going crazy the last two weeks trying to find pics for the bouquets I want my aunt to make for the wedding! Finally found those today!

Hi Bsg1Fan! Hey, so Kev did propose after all? When was that and how did it go? I must've missed your post...

I have a mouse in my house. When I got up this morning, I saw something run across my kitchen floor and into the dishwasher. The Clark Pest Control guy came out and found mouse droppings under my kitchen sink. He set out a bunch of traps. I don't think I'll get much sleep tonight.

Don't feel too bad Starbuck. We have mice too. My youngest
daughter had to get something to 'show' for her kindegarten
class that started with the letter "M". {You 'see' where this
is going?}

Well she put some cheese in her backpack {without my
knowledge ..... of course.}.

In the morning I went to put her lunch in her backpack and
what should jump out and land on my nose ...........but
the very same 'mouse' that she 'lured' into her backpack the
night before.

I screamed ........ and in one JUMP I was ONTOP of the TIPSEY
Top of the couch. "But MAMMMMMMMMAAAAAA I need
something that starts with the letter 'M'!!!!!!!!!!!!!",
she wailed as the hapless mouse ran underneath the
couch.

When my heart stopped pounding in my THROAT .......
I talked her into taking the TOY mouse instead.

I can LAUGH about that now ....................

Sounds like it may be time to get a cat Starbuck.

I used to rent a house while going to college and had mice too, they got into everything in the kitchen. YUCK, it was a mess.
** Decon worked really good back then**

LoL Shinningstar! I just read your post. Kids do the strangest things.
My son has brought me bugs before, inch worms, spiders, ect..... I had to tell him they would be very happy to continue to live OUTSIDE, not inside the house with us

LOL Amberstar! If I weren't allergic to cats to the point of
getting Hives EVERYWHERE .........I'd get one. My dog used
to love to hunt the mice to eat ............. he's too old now.

He just lays there ........kind of nods his head once in awhile...
..........as though he's actually awake ........and as the mouse
goes by it's as though he's saying ...................................

I would be needing CPR if that happened to me! I'm terrified of mice. I'm also allergic to cats, but I was tempted the let one of the three cats who hang out around my fish pond in my back yard inside to catch the mouse.

i, like my late grams and mother are petirfied of mice. I remember having one run across my foot while unpacking my things in the house we had just moved into when I was 15. I let out an ungodly scream and jumped on a chair. My father came running to see what was wrong and started laughing at me on the chair

Wish we all were close enough to come to the wedding We send our love anyway.... let us know where it will be in case I make it up there... Fat chance , but the thought and desire are there anyway.... We'll all come to the Cafe and have our own reception :baloon: oh and ...we'll dance too...

Ya know, the frog/prince thing really isn't so far off base. I think all guys in general are kinda unfavorable on the outside (emotionally/personality-wise) just like a frog - it's up to the right woman to coax the prince out of him. I think any guy can be a prince if he will just realize how lucky he really is to be with you. That's all the magic you really need.

Welcome to the Fleets, Perrito.

Which movie are you asking about? The original from 1978, or the miniseries that was just shown?

I guess that they are asking me about the original movie, because I guess that there are no new versions of the movie, ¿rigth?

Is there only a trailer or something??
