Hi Muffit sorry I missed you
Muffit a little bedtime drink might help it's got a lot of triptophan in it. Here is a nice recipe

1cup of milk
2 tblespoons of honey (or adjust it to you taste)
1 banana
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
throw it in the blender et voila

Triptophan is an essential amino acid that also helps to calm you down and
may induce a sleepy feeling:
-apples and bananas have triptophan
-turkey and milk contain triptophan
- pasta, cheese, breads, chocolate and, Ice Cream
Also:
Foods high in triptophan release the chemical seretonin in your brain and often help alleviate pain.
