Cause And Effect = Time?

That's the essential problem of any science- true lack of subjectivity is impossible.

As an experiment in analytical thought, I asked in a thread long ago the question "Time, Temperature, or Distance?". One of the posts was the above post by Micheleh, and rereading that thread just now something caught my attention and made me think, not an easy procedure. Time is either real or merely man's perception of the sequence of events. Is time truly part of the equasion of the universe, or a definition to explain what man perceives as events unfolding? Now I am left pondering, "If Cause and Affect were eliminated, would time also be denied existance?"

It depends on the type of coffee -- regular or decaf -- that you have with your donuts.

What? How could the lack of cause and effect result in 14th Colony?

It could but, only if there were 13 other colonies.

Or if Cause was male and Effect was female, and 14th Colony was the offspring.

When asked why she had so many offspring, did Effect say "Cause" ?
