Just looking at our stats on the forum front page, I see we are at Threads: 1,968, Posts: 19,108!
Almost an even 2000 threads!!!!
Approaching 20,000 posts!!!
WHO will be the one to break the barrier into new posting territory? It could be dangerous!!!

Sure wish I lived in sunny old California about now. So much is going on there with BattleStar Galatica, and I'm missing it 
Is anyone here going to the August 23 showing of Battlestar?
I heard Larson Hatch and Stu Phillips are going to be there.

Have you noticed that we are closing in on yet another pair of milestones -- 3,000 threads; 30,000 posts?
If you notice the date on the first post in this thread, it was July 27, 2003 and we were closing in on 2,000 threads and 20,000 posts.
Now, as of October 19, 2003, we stand at
- 2,851 threads;
29,506 posts
At the current rate of posting, we should hit 30,000 posts sometime this week and 3,000 threads approx Nov 2, 2003*. 
*Reports from and about Galacticon might skew this prediction a bit
