A letter from Harp and Associates, P.C., Attourneys at Law, threatening me to "cease and desist" from further involving Mrs. Beth Callaway or "BlueSpringsBelle "in any e-mail traffic I "originate or resend". It goes on with some dribble about how this clown has known Beth for 30 years, knows her to be of the highest character, etc., all of which might be true but I haven't seen any evidence of it from her conduct with me.
It was signed by B. Seth Harp, Jr. (presumably a guy). Obviously junior wasn't aware that the only correspondence I ever sent Beth were responses to unsolicited threatening e-mails she sent me. Everything else were posts on public forums. The letter also states that I supposedly sent e-mail threats to her through military computers. I'm pretty sure that all my e-mails were sent from my home system. Of course, this is the same lady that was claiming that I thought all gays should be shot so I'm sure junior has been given some bad facts somewhere along the road and is just acting on what he's been told.
The letter also claims I sent "extensive" e-mail traffic to her, which is confusing because I only recall sending her a couple of e-mails. If junior is looking at "extensive" e-mail traffic then he's looking at some faked messages. If this is the case, that would also be good to know.
Well, I'd like to say to Beth and Mr. B Seth Harp, Jr. , I only answered Beths threats sent unsolicited to me by hitting a REPLY button. I'm sure I never typed her e-mail into anything even once and never started any e-mail exchanges to her, only responded to them -- or at least am pretty sure I never initiated anything. I have records of a good deal of threatening e-mails sent by Beth to me. LSF also has threatening e-mails she sent unsolicited to him as well and I'm sure he'd be happy to supply those for any court situation. Plus, I have a good deal of info about her involvement in the cloning issue as well as she confessed to having reviewed the EZ Board records that clearly showed Ted was the whole Neo fanbase, yet she willingly participated in the charade, claiming to have talked with Milton, reviewed BSGBH's data, spoken with Vince, etc.
I'll be calling Mr. B Seth Harp, Jr. next week to explain the situation and my own legal position, which will fully endorse my freedom of speech rights. Since I'm sure Mr. B Seth Harp, Jr. told Beth not to contact me again, and since I only replied to things she sent me, the private e-mail issue won't be a problem. (If he didn't tell her that then he really is a very bad lawyer). Publically, I'll continue to exercise my free speech rights until Mr. B Seth Harper, Jr. finds some judge crazy enough to actually listen to Beth's one-sided story. Then I'll share all the records I have of her conduct, including her participation in the Milton Collective. At that point, I'll be looking for support material from those harmed by Ted's activities.
I'm pretty sure a judge isn't going to read what she's written to LSF and I (all unsolicited) and conclude that she's of the highest character. I'm pretty confident that when her involvement in the Milton James Collective/ cloning issue is also revealed (as proved by her e-mails from when LSf and I were banned from the EZ Board) Mr. B Seth Harp, Jr. will have quite a bit of explaining to do for his client.
If any action of any kind is initiated by Beth's lawyer, I'm going after her and Ted with everything I have and will be seeking damages. I already know what lawyer to name for her and have Ted's lawyer's phone number as well. Since she acted in the name of Jamie Barber, I'll list him as well, since her actions were done in the name of that actor and she does lead his fan club. If nothing else, it will bring his attention to the sorts of things that were done in his name and he may reconsider who he has representing him.
Sorry, but I didn't draw first blood here and I don't like being threatened by some lawyer who apparently doesn't have all of the facts.
