Good afternoon, gentlemen. I am a HAL 9000 computer. I became operational at the H.A.L. plant in Urbana, Illinois on the 12th of January 1992. My instructor was Mr. Langley, and he taught me to sing a song. If you'd like to hear it I can sing it for you.
Dave Bowman: Yes, I'd like to hear it, HAL. Sing it for me.
HAL: It's called "Daisy."
[sings while slowing down]
HAL: Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do. I'm half crazy all for the love of you. It won't be a stylish marriage, I can't afford a carriage. But you'll look sweet upon the seat of a bicycle built for two.

The only thing I hope RDM might lay his hands on is something like "Slither".

I was watching a special on the Wizard of Oz, and one of the people they interview was John Waters. He was discussing the idea of remaking the movie and was upset at the idea that someone would do such a thing, and said "You remake BAD movies, not good ones." I think that could apply to TV shows as well.
