It is a MAJOR bummer that there will be no extras on this set. No commentary tracks, no behind the scenes feature, zip. I will still get this set because I want the Adventures of Buck and Wilma on DVD. But just imagine what a grand slam this set could have been with half of the features that Universal included on the Battlestar Galactica Release. A pity.

What I find amazing is that we are getting the entire thing, season 1 and 2. With the BG set we just got the complete BG with no Galactica 1980. IMHO it should have been included since sci fi used to run G-1980 under the Battlestar Galactica logo.

True, there is that. Actually, season two was really a half season, not a full 22 episodes. But, I agree with you, it will be nice to get the entire series in one set. As for Galactica 1980, If universal someday decides to release this series, I would pick up a copy. But it better not be more than $20.00. There were like what, eight episodes?

This is one DVD that is going into Santa's "what I want for Xmas"!list. I always enjoyed Buck Rogers not only because it is Sci-fi but a lot of fun to watch just like the BSG and Knight rider.
I also liked the cover art and again it a pity that there is no extras or commentary's that would have been nice.
