Maybe because the toys so far are only "prototypes"? Dunno, but that makes sense to me.

Welcome to Colonial Fleets Capt Morgan!

I believe there are several companies working on BSG action figures, and I have seen threads here about them, but will have to look again cuz I forget where.

But thanks for posting! And you're right, they're oughtta be a thread just for those -- how about right here???

Welcome to fleets Captain!
Hey....... were the group that has been dreaming for a long time, and continue to work to make that dream a reality! Hang in there, you never know your dream just may come true.
I'd like to have a viper that big myself!

I had the toys back in the '70's, they were friggin COOL! I only hope that the Joyride people faithfully reproduce the Viper, Raider and figures to the highest quality possible while not making them outrageous in price. I for one, will buy them all, even if I have to beg and plead with my wife, I'm gonna get them! It's a MUST HAVE thing, not an option, I'm sure a few will agree.

You can pre-order the toys at Entertainment Earth I didn't look at the site to
close but the 1st set(Starbuck,Cylon, and a Viper) is like $45 a set I'm not sure
how much shipping is,and like $80 a case 2 of each in a case.The 2nd set has
Apollo,Athena, and a Cylon Raider.Don't quote me on the prices check out the
site I don't know if they can be found cheaper out there but I hope they sell
well so they will keep making new characters!

Oh, and thanks to everyone whose welcomed me here. BSG is new to me
since I haven't watched it since I was a little guy and I'm loving it!
