For Green Bay's sake, they should not deface it in any way. They do not want to suffer the "curse" of the Terrible Towel. Tennessee dared to stomp on the towel prior to a 2008 regular season game with Pittsburgh and not only lost their last game of the season but, their only playoff game and the first 6 games of 2009! It was only after making amends by signing a terrible towel and donating it for charitable purposes, was the curse lifted.

Those towels will be brown after the game due to the Steelers having to use them to wipe themselves after the Packers get done with them
