I was working on creating a couple female pilots for my library of characters. Then Martok posted his cool set.

It sort of got the ball rolling for me and got a little creative.
It took a bit of work to get the Pilots uniform to fit a female character. But I think this will work for now.
I know it's not a real Viper pilots jacket, but I didn't really spend much time working on it. I just took an existing motorcycle jacket and modified it. So my apologies in advance to all the purists out there.
