A good point to raise since you have to wonder how precarious Baltar's situation with the Imperious Leader had to be at the end of LL. Baltar may have even taken his ship away from the outer capitol quickly so as to avoid having to talk to him, or he may have gotten off the hook by blaming the debacle on the Gomorrah (I'm too locked into that spelling!
) base commander who obviously kept the knowledge of the Pegasus' continued survival for two whole yahrens to himself.
