Hmmm. Apparently a clue is in order. Apologies, I didn't think it would be quite so tough with all the movie knowledge here.
OK. Think mid 1980's crime drama (somewhat cult-ish but known). 2 of the actors went on to star in other TV shows.
This movie also was the first appearance of a notorious movie criminal...
