For anyone still looking to get Volume 2 at a (relatively) reasonable price, there's a guy in France selling them at $50 w/ $3 S&H on
eBay. Just got mine yesterday (took a couple weeks) but it's mint condition, still in wrapper and I'm listening to it now as I'm typing this. Definitely the best price I've found anywhere. Other places seem to be selling it for anywhere between $90 to $120.
