An new bill has just been passed to the governor of California for passage. It is an extremely tough anti spam bill. It makes it possible to SUE spammer!

This is a very good thing. And I hope it becomes a nation...WORLDwide standard soon.

i been watching that, and hope it does pass/sign and become law. once it is passed/signed there it should be simple for other states to pass it.
