DVD Recorders

I was at my local Walmart Supercenter and noticed that they now sell them. They had a Panasonic recorder for $399.00 for anyone interested in purchasing one. It looks like this technology will be the next greatest thing to come along replacing VHS once and for all.

I'm planning on getting one in the near future. I know a few people who have them now. One of them is offering to transfer the episodes I have of The Adventures Of Mark & Brian to DVD. I resently recieved the original versions of The Six Million Dollar Man(the 1973 TV movie) and Wine, Women, & War(with the original opening credits & theme song) on two DVD-R's. The quality of these discs are great. I'm tired of dealing with VHS. DVD's and DVD-R's take up less shelf space than VHS does.
