I finally have an answer from the Sci Fi mods about the issues on the new fourm.

The issue where your handle is failing to appear under someone else is thread with their handle showing is due to making your handle e-mailable. It is some bug in the new software. To avoid this problem, take the e-mailable feature off.

Will they be debugging that?

I hope so because it looks pretty silly seeing people clone people's handles. Tashayar/STBSG thinks she is being trolled in her post but it is really Two-Brained answering her question. In a klingonwarrior post, Two-Brained complains about coming out as klingonwarrior.

I saw the klingon warrior/two-brain one. Makes you feel a little schiztophrenic to read. Who is who, after all?

Same thing was happening in Martian High Council thread. THAT was real weird to read. *sigh*

what happened to this board? Thre are no lines or boundaries seperating people's posts anymore - you have to read between the lines and figure out where one person's post ends and another's begin. Am I the only one who sees this? Or is this part of an ongoing upgrade since this bulletin board was moved to its' own site?

There should be a color difference: choclolate brown and black between posts. Thomas was looking into streamlining options so this might be some of that.
