Stupid question (not related to revival / remake etc)

Okay,

Probably off topic for the board at th e moment <g> but ... I've got a blank about units of measurements used in BSG ...

I'm writing a FF and ummm I want to say a particular outpost is a certain distance away from the galactica.... i.e. ceti alpha V (for example) is xyz distance - did they use light years / parsecs or ....? I've just got a total blank when trying to remember what they used....

(I blame it on the baby dribble that's appeared in the house...!)

Metrons

Kilometrons, Metrons, Milimetrons.

I also think I remember "parsec" being used in the series.

Thanks

I remeber about the metrons - it was just the space distances I needed - I'll use Parsecs.
