long time no see
 

sorry I've been on here sporadically lately but I havebeen real busy the last few semesters. I have planned on being here more often butwith the classloads and homework, I just haven't really had the time to devote in coming in here. I have hit the unofficial end of the current semester today. Next week is the official end to the insanity before I have a month off!

I know exactly how you feel..

I've been going back to school to complete the equivalent of an Accounting degree since May, 2006. Tomorrow will mark the end for me - take the final for the last class, Federal and State Taxes, and that's it.

In a way, it's bittersweet. I'm thrilled to have completed the program (I started in 1989 and took off the semester that my daughter was born and then, wound up taking 16 years to make it back) but, at the same time, going back to school has been a little slice of heaven for me. Even though I was either the oldest or nearly the oldest in my classes, it didn't make any difference to anyone. They all treated me like 'one of the guys'.

It's been a blast.

same here with me. I'm running into that alot in my classes. well last thursday I handed in all my final psych assignments and so this week I don't have to go in or go in for finals because in Choir the final was the Christmas concert on Saturday night and Psych was a take home final!

It feels great to be done a week early! As of this semester when I get the final grades, I will be just under half way done to getting my degree. I figure another 2 1/2 years and I'm finished for my Associates

last class for the new semester just ended about an hour ago so I'm just relaxing while I wait for hubby to get off work to come get me from college
