Looks really great. I know you said ignore it but I'm just curious, how are you going to fix the bleeding?

Before putting it together, I usually spray paint the interior of all the pieces with a flat black primer. that usually does the trick for me.

You answered your own question.
I just paint a couple of layers of flat black on the back side of the LEDs.
Viola, no light bleed.
