BSG cardstock models?

I'm attempting to build a cardstock (paper) version of the Galactica (TOS). Anyone have any ideas on how to "unfold" a 3D model so I can print it out and build a battlestar?

What are exceptional? Are there more models available?

I've played around with paper modelling in the past - it's a really great idea, especially for larger models, or for designs with significant weak points (using a simple wire skeleton). Never done anything spectacular though, but those are really inspiring...Now I wanno do one  watch this space
