Tribute to Barbarella
 

I made these images for fun... I'm really no fan of Jane Fonda, but I do really enjoy the Barbarella movie...

Very cheese, low budget, pure tongue and cheek.

I created these images in tribute to that... Queen of the Galaxy.:salute:

As far as I know they are still faffing around with a remake.
The original comics were lots of fun :-)

Hi all. Thanks for checking out my work...

yeah, I think the idea behind Barbarella was to see how many times they could be her naked in one movie.

Anyhew, I was looking back at the images and felt they were really lacking as far as lighting and the star-field in background was not very noticeable...

I went back at tweaked them a bit... I feel these renders do them a much better justice.

Amping up the star field works well. In the original it did look flat.


I do find the reflection on the canopy in the first one a bit big, tho. Bit like big spots.

Space pigeons? :-)
