Why no season 6?

Does anyone know why the scifi channel isn't showing season six? It seems everytime they get done with season 5 they start over with season 1 again. They're showing Stargate season 6 every Saturday night on my local UPN station why not on Sci-fi?

Its because they are showing it on UPN I bet.

I think scifi aired it once and went on to finish 7. But since duplicate airing it on scifi would decrease the ratings for UPN, I bet there is something in the contract that gives UPN sole rights to be airing season six repeats right now.

Just my guess. ;)

Actually season 6 is the current season in the syndicated market, so it is not shown on SciFi. Once season 7 goes to syndication, season 6 will again be on SciFi and season 7 will not be on SciFi.
