Ernie's next funny story :

I was walking down the street in the city centre one day, when something caught my eye, it looked like a piece of the gold wrapping of a chocolate Rolos pack. But there was something enough to cause me to look back...

It was a piece of golden jewellery. A brooch shaped like a owl, with emerald eyes, and diamonds down the breast. On the other side it was hallmarked.

So I did the right thing and took it to the nearest Police Station, and handed it in. A few weeks later I called to see if it had been collected, and spoke to the world's dumbest WPC, and then went in to collect...

THinking of a Carribean holiday, a Ferrari, and a bit of fun, I took it to the local jewellery shop, who informed me that it was fake, worthless, and probably not worth the bus fare to come in to collect it.... :(

But it was fun while it lasted !!!!!

I wonder how much the thread is worth ? Cos loads of people keep trying to get their hands on one !!!!!!!!!!!!
