Gonna be a lopsided grin while I still have the medication that is used to numb the area where the work is being done.

I've had 4 root canals YUK!! I hate the x-ray part with the pins in the roots and not being able to close your mouth and holding the x-ray thing in your mouth at the same time??? take the pain and anti inflammatory BEFORE they start! (learned that the hard way) bring a CD player, plug in the ear piece close your eyes and drift away! ((((((((((holodoc)))))))

one time I was feeling so "good" after a 5 hour ordeal in the chair after a root canal I went and got my navel pierced...medication can do strange things to your brain!!!

Keeping mind on other stuff helps me in not being a nervous wreck. Plus since I've already been through it before with another tooth I know what to expect. This time it is just a different tooth that is further back. :(
