I would like it better if it worked!


I sent 3 or 4 e-mails last night. Not one response addressed the question I asked. I kept asking the same thing, and they kept offering to help do something, that couldn't be done because of the problem I was trying to get help fixing. :cry:

Their inability to read my very simple words, had me soooo mad! :mad:

You think that's bad, they are even worse on the phone. :erk:

I was on the phone with several different people tonight. The first two were very helpful, and I thought things were going to work out. Then the third, a women with a casual understanding of the english laungauge, had me on hold off and on for most of the hour I was on the phone, and never suggested a thing to help me. She finally set up a call back. :cry:

I never understood how these tech suport peopel can not know how to do things. Sometimes the best thing to do is talk to a friend who know about computers. That's what i do when I can't fix mine.

I'm on my brothers (Gravitas) s l o w e r computer, and my sister has one at her place. I just want mine back.

For 5 months now, I have been unable to make the bulletins I usually do every week.
