What's wrong with your computer?

Excalibur February 10th, 2005 11:26 PM

OK! Hold onto your hat!

Back in October, one of my hard drives failed. My computer has 2 - 250GB hard drives, that work as one (500GB), set up in a Raid system, which makes it faster.

The problem is, that when one of the hard drives failed, it took the other one with it.

Gateway took it's time, but sent 2 new hard drives, that were then installed.

I went through the process of setting back up the Raid system, and then tried installing Windows XP. Every attempt has failed.

For nearly 2 months now, I have been trying to get my computer back up and running, but nobody at Gateway, seems to know how to help me. :Nsad:

I hate to say it, but Dude! I should have gotten a Dell! :rotf: No really. I love my computer when it's working. I just wish I could get it working. :Nsad:
