I had such a case of insomnia last night that I missed a very important appointment today.. sigh.. so I have to make it up on thursday

In the last 3 nights I have only manged to clock up a total of 10 hours of sleep. :naughty:
So I think I will struggle to stay awake later! :no:
Must try and get to bed before 3am tonight!
