I thought I better show a different side to my kitties as people might get the wrong idea. This is what they do to relax.
It beats being out on the streets chasing a bit of tail :D

bsg1fan1975 March 29th, 2004 12:38 PM

I had a dog once that we dressed up!

Look at how many posts I missed this weekend, it's been a busy place!

Cute avatar sorrell. And you should never give your kitties milk, as felines are lactose intolerant. But beer is made with grain, which is roughage, which is good for them, right?

Oh, and thanks for the thread.

bsg1fan1975 March 29th, 2004 12:43 PM

we dressed him up in sunglasses, put a beer under his paw and a cigarette dangling from his mouth! He was one cool cocker spaniel!

I had to buy mine a fleece jacket, as he has no fat and only a little fur. If I give him a bath and it is less than 68 degrees in the house he will huddle under a blanket or a towel, shivering, until he is warm and dry.

And, I don't believe I am admitting this, but he was a clown for Hallowe'en last year. The kids loved it. He tried to eat the hat, though.

Now, I think I'll take this thread back, as puppy needs a new jacket.

I hope you took a photo.
My fawn greyhound wears antlers at xmas and if he had a red nose my daughter says rudolph might get jealous and santa might borrow him.

bsg1fan1975 March 29th, 2004 12:51 PM

we did! mom had a polaroid and caught it on film. My brother in law used to put diapers on his cats when the kids were small. He even cut a hole for their tail to go through!

I bet he looked good.
I would like a clown outfit for mine.
My other greyhound is blue with a white undercarriage, he looks good in bow ties, its as if he is wearing a dinner jacket. It always goes down well at charity dog shows.

I am amazed at how far behind I get just being offline for a few hours. It's taking me all afternoon just to READ what I missed, and I'm still not finished. But did you really eat your paper and then throw it up?
:D

(My dog ate my homework. He didn't want to, but I made him.)
