the company i work for is in about to be auditted, so we're trying to fix four years worth of problems in 6 weeks, and we're not winning the fight

Why weren't the problems fixed before now?

our division manager won't do anything useless it makes him look good, so when we ask for things it's a big NO, but now that his butts on the line we have to jump and fix his mess

Any chance of possibily using this against him in the future?

he's really good at covering his tracks, so unless the powers that be actually catch him in the act, it's kind of hard.


but i'm a firm believer in the saying what comes around goes around, and sooner or later he'll get his just reward.
