Colonial Carbine
 

ok, I mentioned in another thread that will probably make it's way over here that I wasnted to try and design a new Colonial Rifle/Carbine.

here is a rough drawing modification. I found the original drawing online. If the artist is here and down't approve of me using it, I will remove it. This is only a rough work up to get the idea across.

The idea is a framed stock attached to the back or an extended pistol.The rechare port has been moved forward and the barrel section lengthened. I also doubled the size of the emitter.

If this appeals to someone, PLEASE do a better job of rendering it and adding any details I missed. lol

That´s a good start and looks good and a good place to start.... what do you think of a forward hand grip of some kind.

I can start on this this week as I am working on the Hand Laser at the moment

aare you thinking a vertical hand grip or just a place to put your hand under the barrel for aimed shots?

I came up with something more in line with this with a vertical hand grip.

I was thinking of the latter but it would be easy enough to do a sample of both and then either put it to the vote and see what the fan base likes the most..

I will have some updates on the Pistol soon
