Not a good week work wise braxiss. :/: Will be better if I could find a different job where the customers didn't cuss me out left & right like crazy.

Damn. Well, they ordered the service. They gotta expect the headaches that go with it. :D

LOL! A lot of the cuss me & other cust service reps out for something that wasn't our fault. Many of them if they would just pay their bills they would have any trouble with their cable.

Yeah, well just try to tell me... er- people that! ;)

yea, but remember we're human, which means we're cheap and things are never our fault

LOL! :P: I've dealt with it for a little over 3 years now. Guess I can deal with it a little longer until I find something else.
