Man, I hope so.

emerita January 28th, 2003 09:51 AM

Woohoo!!! we hit 60 degrees today! Of course in July, when it is 100 degrees, I'll be wishing for the 30 degree weather

Flamingo Girl January 28th, 2003 09:38 PM

Yeah, we people are wierd, aren't we?
In the winter we complain about the cold, and turn the heat up to 80, and in the summer we complain about the heat and turn the a/c down to 40.

emerita January 29th, 2003 06:38 AM

Flamingo Girl January 29th, 2003 05:44 PM

Winter has its moments.

Unfortunately, they are cold.

jewels January 29th, 2003 07:37 PM

Or Icy, or snowy, or my least favorite: Slushie.

It needs to warm up so I can un-salt-encrust my car. Ick.

Flamingo Girl January 29th, 2003 08:04 PM

The only time I like snow is when I don't have to be out in it.

Flamingo Girl January 29th, 2003 09:06 PM

Darkness, huh?

That would explain why you thought I was ugly.

emerita February 3rd, 2003 08:10 AM

My FG you had it for the longest so far.....

Flamingo Girl February 3rd, 2003 10:06 AM

I was trying to beat my own record.

I think I did.

emerita February 4th, 2003 02:54 PM

Well, I guess it is you and is everybody, anyway???

thomas7g February 4th, 2003 03:23 PM

mourning.... :(

repcisg February 4th, 2003 04:14 PM

repcisg pokes his head in, "Hi all!"

jewels February 4th, 2003 05:23 PM

Jewels stops by too: Hi All!

Thomas: glad you were just tired the other day. Yes the stuff with Columbia has been very sad. I feel bad for the misson control folks especially, they won't get lots of focus, but just maintaining routine and going through the investigation when they just lost their collegues: that has got to be hard. Just knowing they couldn't do anything - Hard.

Flamingo Girl February 4th, 2003 07:42 PM

It's always hard to deal with tragedy and go on with life...

repcisg February 6th, 2003 01:49 PM

We must go forward, we can not stop or go back.

Flamingo Girl February 6th, 2003 07:55 PM

And we shouldn't try.
